A.M. Briefing
- Andover Animal Control will host a "New England Birds of Prey" presentation on Sept. 12 at 4 p.m. The event is free, but you must register in advance as seats are limited.
- Fire-flow testing at Phillips Academy at 8 a.m. today. Surrounding neighborhoods may see water discoloration (more info).
- All of Barnard Street, Bartlet Street between Chestnut and Park Streets, and Parking Lot 1 directly behind Old Town Hall on Main Street will be closed for paving from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning Monday. Drives should expect detours and delays (more info).
