A.M. Briefing
- Today is an early release day for Andover Public Schools. Andover High and middle school students will be done for the day at 11:30 a.m. Elementary school kids head home at 12:15 p.m. (more info)
- A heat advisory for most of Massachusetts remains in effect until 8 p.m.

- Today: Heat advisory in effect until 8 p.m. Partly cloudy today with a high of 90. Cloudy tonight, chance of a stray shower or thunderstorm. Low of 71.
- Tomorrow: Scattered thunderstorms in the morning, becoming more widespread in the afternoon, high of 83. Cloudy, scattered thunderstorms, low of 68 at night.
- Sunday: More of the same, high of 79. Thunderstorms during the evening, with occasional showers overnight. Low of 67.
- Defending state champion AHS field hockey opened its 2023 campaign with a 6-0 win over North Andover Wednesday.
