  • A “swatting” bomb threat at Pfizer.
  • An arrest of a 38-year-old Andover man accused of violating a restraining order.
  • A Water Division truck that ran over a fire hydrant.
  • A customer threatening employees at a Main Street business.

1:07 pm, Feb. 27: Woman says her vehicle was stolen on Tech Drive. Was actually repossessed.

Wednesday, Feb. 22

7:11 am: Three-car crash with no injuries on North Main Street.
10:51 am: Animal complaint, Chester Street.
2:05 pm: Suspicious activity on River Road. Man was taking a nap. No issue.
5:04 pm: Assist Andover Fire Rescue with oven fire on High Street.

Thursday, Feb. 23

11:24 am: River Road caller received a lengthy, threatening voice mail.
1:30 pm: Water Division truck ran over a fire hydrant on Central Street. No injuries.
2:09 pm: Packages stolen on Rattlesnake Hill Road.
2:33 pm: Online scam, Powers Road.
10:24 pm: Warrant arrest with assistance from Lawrence police, North Main Street.
10:55 pm: Police arrested a 38-year-old Topping Road man on Main Street for violating an abuse prevention order and outstanding warrants.

Friday, Feb. 24

4:10 am: Two kids pushing another kid around in a shopping cart on Elm Street. Group of Merrimack students walking to CVS. Carriage was from CVS and left on side of road. Officer returned carriage.
5:32 am: Caller says there may be a large animal in her basement on River Road.
10:14 pm: Report of a sick coyote in backyard on Woburn Street. Coyote appears to be fine.
10:14 am: Caller request well-being check of co-worker on Minuteman Road. Caller spoke with the woman an hour ago, who said she thought she was having a panic attack. Unable to reach by phone. Woman had checked out of hotel earlier.
10:39 am: Hotel guest on River Road says someone entered her room and left as soon as they saw the caller.
12:00 pm: Possible theft, Lowell Street.
12:11 pm: Suspension of firearms license, North Main Street.
11:04 pm: Assault on River Road. EMS and third car requested.

Saturday, Feb. 25

4:34 am: Suspicious activity, Andover Street/Heritage Lane.
10:42 am: Low-hanging wire on Charlotte Drive.
2:14 pm: Neighbor issue from previous night reported, Lowell Street.
3:22 pm: Identity theft, Colonial Drive.

Sunday, Feb. 26

9:39 pm: Stop & Shop delivery has been on step of apartment since Feb. 24. Stop and Shop does not know who they belong to, but will contact police if they can locate who the delivery was meant for.
2:34 pm: Two juveniles shoplifting on Main Street.
7:53 pm: Caller says a person they have a Florida restraining order against is in their hotel room on Tech Drive. Andover police arrested one person on an outstanding warrant.
11:28 pm: Woman says she has been in an accident on Route 93 North and her car rolled over. State Police contacted and transported her to Lawrence General Hospital.

Monday, Feb. 27

1:07 pm: Woman says her vehicle was stolen on Tech Drive. Was actually repossessed.
5:37 pm: Bomb threat called into Control Center, Burtt Road.
6:33 am: Attempt motor vehicle theft, Bulfinch Drive.1
1:02 am: Resident on Main Street said third floor neighbor was banging on her door and tried to force her way when into caller’s apartment when she opened the door.
11:04 am: Identity fraud, Wabanaki Way.
12:45 pm: Fraud, Karlton Circle.
3:44 pm: Caller concerned about dog left out in snow for over an hour. No issue.
3:47 pm: Fraud, Starwood Crossing.6:29 pm: Noise complaint, South Street.
10:19 pm: Woman crying in car parked on Main Street. Gone upon arrival.
11:23 pm: Erratic operator, Pasho Street.

Tuesday, Feb. 28

10:22 am: Fraud, Apache Way.
11:06 am: Harassment, Spring Valley Drive.
2:17 pm: Fraud, Argilla Road.
2:20 pm: Trespassing, Main Street.
3:15 pm: Manager at Main Street business reports customer threatening employees.
3:37 pm: Gift card scam, Main Street.
4:28 pm: Hit-and-run, no injuries, Launching Road/River Road.
4:35 pm: Squatters living in vacant property on Dascomb Road.
10:47 pm: Man tried to pull person to hotel room on River Road after being told no multiple times. Man left at request of hotel staff.
