Elementary school students in Andover can now learn which teacher they will have for the 2022-23 school year after Andover Public Schools posted placements Wednesday afternoon.
In a letter to South Elementary School families, Principal Brenda Lee said families can find their students’ placement on the Aspen Family Portal. Parents are also reminded to complete all back-to-school forms, including media release, digital use police and pick-up information when they check their student’s class assignment. “This is very important so we know how your child is being dismissed on the 1st day of school,” Lee said.
“Please understand that a great deal of time and effort went into the placement of our students. ALL of our staff works hard to make school a positive experience for ALL students,” Lee wrote. “Thank you so much for being positive with your child and helping them understand that it is impossible to place all students with a preferred best friend or teacher.”
