Overnight construction to replace water mains on Main Street will begin in Elm Square Monday night. Work will take place Monday through Thursday from 8 pm to 6 am and is expected to last about three weeks.
Andover public works officials say emergency vehicles will still be able to respond in the area, but other drivers may see detours and delays. Nearby residents and businesses may also have their water service turned off at various periods during the work.
