Two Things To Know Today:
  1. NSAAC is hosting a public observing at Merrimack College's Mendel Observatory at 7 p.m. tonight, weather depending. Registration required.
  2. The AHS softball team is hosting a free softball clinic for girls in grades 3-8 on Friday from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Andover High School Field House (more info and sign up).
Sports: AHS girls basketball improved to 18-0 after defeating Chelmsford 67-43 Tuesday. Amelia Hanscom had 17 points in the road win...Also on Tuesday, AHS boys basketball beat Lowell 68-59 (compiled from Boston Globe sports, AHS Athletic Department and other media reports).
