- The Town of Andover has “Toys for Tots” collection boxes for at Town Offices (36 Bartlet Street) and the Municipal Services Facility (5 Campanelli Drive -- photo, above). You can drop off new, unwrapped toys (no stuffed animals) between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on weekdays through the final pickup on Dec. 12 (more info).
- Nicole Flanagan, an Andover High School freshman and ambassador for Andover Massachusetts Project 351, is running a fall food drive for Lazarus House. Donations can be dropped off at the Cormier Youth Center (40 Whittier Court) between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily through Dec. 12 (more info).
- The Andover School Committee and Andover Public Schools opened a community survey as part of its ongoing work to update the District's mission, core values and vision (draft). The survey closes Dec. 16.
- Read about three Andover middle schoolers who saved the day last month by reporting a fire after seeing smoke coming from a garage in the Eagle-Tribune.
