Andover Select Board Approves 5.9 Property Tax Hike For Homeowners
|
|
|
The rates, which were unanimously approved, raise the average homeowner's tax bill 5.9 from $11,075 last year, and are above Andover's10-year average residential property tax increase of 3.6 percent.
