- Friday at 5 p.m. is the deadline to register to vote in Annual Town Meeting
- Know of a college student or recent grad interested in exploring a career in journalism or digital media? Have them send me a note. I'm looking to add some interns for the summer. Unfortunately, I don't have the budget to offer paid internships, but I will sponsor students for course credit if their school allows it. You'll also get to see every corner of an independent news organization and learn from a journalist with 30+ years of experience and 15 years in the classroom as a college writing instructor.
Friday's scores: AHS boys' volleyball beat Lawrence in three sets...Boys tennis picked up a 5-0 win at home against Haverhill....AHS baseball beat Methuen 16-5....North Andover squeaked by AHS girls' lacrosse 10-9 in overtime, while the boys fell 18-7 against the Scarlet Knights...Methuen blanked AHS softball, 8-0.
