Police have responded to three threats at schools on Shawsheen Road in recent weeks, including a threatening Snapchat message involving an Andover High School student.

- Andover Water Division is doing water main replacement work on Argilla Road between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., with water main shutdowns in the surrounding neighborhood (more info).
- Friday at 5 p.m. is the deadline to register to vote in Annual Town Meeting.
- Correction: Tuesday's article on the MBTA housing rules was edited to clarify the description of MBTA housing rules, which do not, as incorrectly stated in the original version, require communities to put affordable housing restrictions on units built under the rules. The rules are aimed at increasing housing density with access to public transportation.

AHS baseball beat Tewksbury 4-2 on Tuesday....AHS girls' lacrosse lost 17-6 to Reading...AHS boys' volleyball fell to 5-3 with a 3-0 loss to O'Bryant...St. John's Prep was a 17-13 winner over AHS boys' lacrosse...AHS softball couldn't overcome seven RBI, including two three-run homers, by Lowell's Alanna Carbonneau in a 14-6 loss.
