Three things to know today:
  1. Today is Presidents' Day, as well as the first day of winter recess for Andover Public Schools. Town Offices, Memorial Hall Library, the Robb Center and most other government offices are closed Monday. See a complete list of what's open and closed in Andover for the holiday.
  2. Trash and recycling pickup is delayed one day this week for the holiday (Monday on Tuesday, Tuesday on Wednesday, etc.).
