Witnesses Recall Horror Of Fatal Andover Crash

Tuesday's crash left a 6-year-old dead and renewed calls for Andover to address long-standing safety concerns at the Elm Square intersection. “This work will begin immediately,” Town Manager Andrew Flanagan said.
