- Thank you. Andover News readers raised $3,040 following last week's crash that killed 5-year-old Sidney Olson. At the request of Sidney's family, the money raised will be donated to set up a scholarship fund at the SHED Children's Campus. The Andover News GoFundMe campaign is now closed, but you can still donate through the school's scholarship-specific Website.
- There is a fire watch in effect for all of southern New England, including Andover, through Wednesday evening.
- Andover was named 2023 Public Water System (PWS) award winner for the Northeast Region. Awards are given to PWS’ demonstrating outstanding performance in each of the Commonwealth’s four regulatory regions (read more).

- Friday: AHS softball crushed Lawrence, 40-1....AHS boys lacrosse were 16-6 winners over Central Catholic....AHS gils' tennis beat Haverhill 5-0, while the boys blanked Tewksbury, 5-0...AHS boys' volleyball defeated Lawrence, 3-0.
- Saturday: AHS baseball topped Billerica, 2-1.
- Sunday: No games.
