Latest updates as of 10:30 a.m. on Sunday:

- As of 10:15 a.m Sunday, nearly half of National Grid's Andover customers were still without power, but the utility expects all power to be restored by noon.
- The Robb Center is open until 1 p.m. and Memorial High library is open between 1 and 5 p.m. for charging and cooling.
- Argilla Road is temporarily closed at Andover Street, and High Plain Road is closed between Beacon Street and Virginia for utility line work. Andover Police will update their Facebook page when the road is reopened.
