Hope you had a great weekend, Andover! Here's everything you need to know in town for Monday, Aug. 8, courtesy of Andover News:
Weather: It was a hot weekend -- so hot the Andover Farmers Market closed early Saturday -- and that intense heat is going to continue to start the week. Today it will be partly cloudy early, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Look for a high of 93, with temperatures dropping to 68 this evening. The light, however, may be at the end of the tunnel, as the National Weather Service, which extended a heat advisory for Andover through 8 pm Tuesday, says relief from high temperatures and humidity could come on Wednesday.
