The team was ranked 12th in the Boston Globe's pre-season rankings...AHS field hockey fell 2-1 at Watertown Saturday...AHS golf is off to 3-0 start after defeating North Andover Thursday...Also on Thursday, AHS boys soccer beat Chelmsford 1-0...AHS girls swimming won its season opener against Notre Dame Thursday, picking up wins from seniors May Wallace, Michaela Chokureva, Jacki Ambrose, junior Lauren Ilsely and sophomores Gaby McDonough and Amelia Barron.
