Thursday, March 6
1:23 pm: Woman yelling in Lowell Street apartment. Voluntarily taken to hospital.
4:02 pm: Report of three males wearing ski masks trying to break into buildings and cars, Brickstone Square. One of the juvenile’s mom picked up all children.
4:08 pm: Threats, River Road.
6:00 pm: Animal in caller’s ceiling fan, Summer Street. No animal located, advised to contact pest control company.
6:39 pm: Woman wants to speak to officer about text messages she has been receiving from her roommate, Lowell Street.
9:47 pm: Hit and run, North Main Street.
Friday, March 7
2:23 pm: School bus driver slumped over wheel for extended period. No issue; she was taking a nap.
3:53 pm: Report of stolen or missing vehicle, Lupine Road.
4:13 pm: Unwanted guest, North Main Street.
5:45 pm: Woman being harassed by ex-boyfriend, Main Street.8:50 pm: Disorderly man left scene, Memorial Circle.
10:19 pm: Arrested a 31-year-old Concord, NH woman for possession of crack cocaine, Federal Street and River Road.
Saturday, March 8
12:11 am: Arrested Richard S. McPherson, 50, of Pembroke, NH and charged him with class B drug distribution, marked lanes violation, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
9:04 am: Past car break in, Beacon Street.
11:02 am: Assault, Fossen Way.1
14 pm: Manager found firearm under pallet in back of building, Lowell Street.5:00 pm: Possible rabid raccoon in middle of South Main Street. Unable to locate.
Sunday, March 9
6:10 pm: Caller received multiple calls from ex-husband’s cousin, River Road.
7:52 pm: Caller wants to report her daughter, who was supposed to check in to a treatment center on Tuesday, missing. Mother has not seen her and she was last in Lowell with a man.
Monday, March 10
10:12 am: Driver refusing to remove car from fire lane, Dascomb Road. Car moved before officer’s arrival.
11:47 am: Larceny, Main Street.
1:58 pm: Needle found on Sunset Rock Road.
5:01 pm: Two kids around 5 or 6 years old walking around neighborhood, Shaw Drive and Wildwood Road. Unable to locate.
11:42 pm: Someone in hoodie with flashlight walking in between houses, Seten Circle. Unable to locate.
Tuesday, March 11
9:07 am: Car parked in caller’s driveway for some time and took off when homeowner came out of house. Homewoner found package — it was a delivery driver.
12:07 pm: Caller wants officer to review video of two young males on roof of St. Augustine’s, North Main Street. Officer will file trespassing report.
1:04 pm: Past hit-and-run, River Road.
3:59 pm: Mother refusing to release child during DCF removal from home.
5:05 pm: Vehicle vandalism, Bulfinch Drive.
5:10 pm: Man taking pictures of bus with kids on it, Carter Lane. When approached by caller man said he was on “some committee about buses in town.”
10:31 pm: Drone training, Beacon Street.
10:34 pm: Assist state police with search, Gould Road.
Wednesday, March 12
6:30 am: Car break in, Washington Park Drive.
7:49 am: Well-being check on man asleep in car and drooling, River Road. Man was sleeping, no issues.
1:50 pm: Sink hole from previous road work, Rattlesnake Hill Road and South Main Street.
2:48 pm: Paper plates on door of North Main Street apartment with “please Help” written on them. No issue; resident needed help moving a bag that was too heavy for him to lift.
3:10 pm: Package theft, North Main Street.
5:06 pm: Package theft, River Road.
