Monday, June 2
12:00 am: Arrested three men on drug possession charges, including possession with intent to distribute:
- Robert Cooper Jr., 39, of Manchester, NH.
- Kenneth J. Bond, 54, Manchester, NH.
- Roland Thibeault, 29, of Manchester, NH.
12:52 am: Door kicked in of Phillips Academy Bell Tower, Main Street. Corona cans left in area.
2:13 am: Following a crash on Interstate 93, arrested 44-year-old Lowell man and charged him with OUI.
2:31 pm: Harassment, North Main Street.
3:20 pm: Concerns about text message walk-in received, Lowell Street.
4:09 pm: Drivers arguing after crash, Abbot Campus Circle.
4:49 pm: Older man causing disturbance in Main Street source.
8:47 pm: Arrested a 22-year-old Andover man and charged him with OUI.
Tuesday, June 3
8:16 am: Arrested a 28-year-old North Reading man on drug possession and motor vehicle charges.10 am: Breaking and entering, School Street.
11:12 am: Multiple students fighting, Shattuck Road.
2:56 pm: Underage drinking party in backyard, Osgood Street.
3:20 pm: Detective investigation, Main Street.
5:05 pm: Car fire, Interstate 93.
3:50 pm: Man fishing in area where he was told he cannot fish, Minuteman Road.
8:43 pm: Woman who may be intoxicated driving down Interstate 93 and exited on Minuteman Road. Three juvenile girls who were in the car are locked out of car now in parking lot.
9:27 pm: Arrested a 51-year-old Andover woman and charged her with OUI, alcohol in motor vehicle, and open container.
Wednesday, June 4
6:46 am: Minivan vandalized, Colonial Drive.
7:36 am: Caller’s son’s girlfriend is “out of control.”
12:45 pm: Property damage, South Main Street.
4:31 pm: Caller says her car is missing, Barnard Street. Located on Chestnut Street.
7:27 pm: Caller wants check on resident who has been sending concerning text messages, Andover Street.
Thursday, June 5
7:48 am: Director of day school wants to speak with officer about ongoing issue with one of the students’ parents. Sent concerning emails to school. Spoke to man at length, got some clarity on messages. “No immediate threat.”
10:51 am: Vandalism, Central Street.
1:45 pm: Neighbor issue, South Main Street.
4:49 pm: Woman checking and taking photos of interior of cars, Dundee Park. Unable to locate.
Friday, June 6
4:37 am: Uber left without caller after he loaded bags into car, Whiffletree Circle. Misunderstanding, driver returned with bags.
9:36 am: Needles on ground, Haggetts Pond Road.
11:38 am: Assist homeowner with snapping turtle, Taylor Cove Drive.
12:55 pm: Detective investigation, North Main Street.
6:33 pm: Two people dancing on roof, Lowell Street. Caller is concerned for their safety.
6:49 pm: Harassment, Greybirch Road.
7:18 pm: Arrested a 38-year-old Andover man on an outstanding warrant, North Main Street.
Saturday, June 7
8:52 am: Caller bit by dog while walking trail, Abbot Street.
9:30 am: Child locked in vehicle, Central Street.
3:42 pm: Loud brown pick-up truck driving recklessly on Poor Street. Occupied by three young men. “Caller has a video of operator flipping her off.”
9:24 pm: Woman lost on trail in woods, Jenkins Road.
Sunday, June 8
11:54 am: Two cars broken into overnight, Lowell Street.
12:33 pm: Bucket of paint run over and multiple cars splattered, Essex and Ridge Streets.
12:57 pm: Car broken into, Lowell Street.
Monday, June 9
12:14 am: Unruly passenger on train, Andover Street.
9:45 am: Town engineering department would like to speak to someone about trespassing, Haggetts Pond Road.
4:11 pm: SUV hit fire hydrant, no injuries, Campanelli Drive.
