4:04 pm: Harassing phone calls, River Road.
6:19 Woman in leopard skirt appears to be intoxicated, North Main Street.
6:55 pm: Generator stolen, Jenkins Road.
6:57 pm: Bike stolen, Bartlet Street.
7:40 pm: Known shoplifter at Main Street store. Transported juvenile to Phillips Academy.
Friday, Sept. 13
7:05 am: Landlord requesting well-being check on tenant.
9:09 am: Man trying to cash fraudulent check at Andover bank branch, Main Street.
9:11 am: Electric bike stolen, School Street.
11:11 am: Warrant arrest.
6:47 pm: Caller returned home and found a sign in front of his house that “states he is molesting his patients,” Lowell Street.
8:52 pm: Group of teenagers jumping off roof of High Plain Elementary School.
