Four Andover High School seniors committed to continue their athletic careers by signing NCAA national letters of intent on Thursday.

The letters are binding contracts between the students and the colleges where they will continue their playing careers. The four AHS athletes are:

  • Jack Cooper, Stony Brook College, lacrosse: Cooper is a USA Lacrosse All-American who has started for the Warriors since his freshman year. He is an honor roll student with a 3.6 GPA.
  • Bella DiFiore, St. Anslem College, field hockey: DiFiore is the captain of the field hockey team that will play for a state championship on Saturday. This season she was named Merrimack Valley Conference Co-Player of the Year. She has a 4.0 GPA.
  • Will Norris, Wofford College, baseball: Norris is ranked as the top outfielder in Massachusetts heading into the 2025 season and is among the top 300 players in the U.S., according to Perfect Game Scouting Service. He has a 4.1 GPA.
  • Jacob Morgan, Lenoir-Rhyne University, golf: Morgan is an honor roll student who captained the AHS golf team in his junior and senior years. He twice finished in the top 5 of the state sectional tournament.

“The pressure of choosing which college or university you’ll attend is behind you,” Assistant Athletic Director Kerry Cashman told the athletes before they signed their letters. “I encourage you to truly savor these last moments and enjoy playing the sports you love. We are all incredibly proud of everything you’ve accomplished so far in your young lives, and no matter where your journey takes you from here, remember that you will always be a Warrior.”
