Andover Fire Rescue had to cut through the roof of a house at 370 South Main Street when putting out a fire Wednesday night.
Andover police closed the roadway as crews worked to contain the fire, according to scanner reports. The fire, which was reported around 10:47 p.m., started in the first floor bathroom. Crews had the fire under control around 11:05 p.m.
Other details were not immediately available Thursday morning.
