It’s not exactly Motley Crue and Def Leppard at Fenway Park, but the Andover Select Board will continue its summer tour when it meets at Bancroft Elementary School cafetorium at 7 p.m. Monday.
It will be the select board’s third straight meeting “on the road” this summer as the board tries to increase community participation. The other sites have been the Andover municipal services building and the Ballardvale Fire Station.
“This is a continuation of the board bringing select board meetings to different neighborhoods in Andover,” Chair Alex Vispoli said in an email. “If residents have suggestions for future select board meeting locations, please contact the town manager‘s office.”
The town posted the agenda for Monday’s meeting on Thursday afternoon. Among the items the board will consider:
- A beer and wine license for a new downtown restaurant.
- Town Manager Andrew Flanagan’s salary for Fiscal Year 2023.
- Updates from the sustainability director and on town-wide communications.
