Andover Deli, 22 Andover Street, on April 22
Areas where the establishment was out of compliance:
- Handwashing sink on cook line observed with tray stored inside it.
- Employee drink observed stored on food prep area.
- Employee phones observed on food prep area.
- Ice build up observed on condenser and condenser pipes in walk in freezer.
- Hood sticker indicates last date of service occurred on October 15, 2024 and is due in 180 days.
- Sticker on pizza oven hood indicates last date of service occurred 9/15/25 and is next due in 180 days.

Areas where the establishment was out of compliance:
- Debris observed on surfaces inside ice bin located behind cashier.
- Allergen awareness certificate not available to review during inspection.
99 Restaurant & Pub, 464 Lowell Street, on April 23
Areas where establishment was out of compliance:
- Sink labeled as “Employee Must Wash Hands” observed with sanitizer bucket stored inside it.Internal temperature of the cut tomatoes was observed at 57F, cut romaine lettuce was observed at 60F, and cut celery observed at 47*F in the flip top unit.
- Cooked chicken in lowboy on cook line observed stored on the tray so that it was in contact with the ceiling of the of unit and in contact with the door when closed.
- Gap observed under rear exit door (basement) allowing for the potential entry/travel of pests.
- Kitchen hood sticker indicates last date of service occurred on March 20, 2025, and is due in 90 days.
- Hood sticker in prep area indicates last date of service occurred on October 10, 2024, and is due in 180 days.

- Thoroughly clean non-food contact surfaces to remove build up of debris/splash/grease.
- Observed grill top crates broken, only half of the grill is operable.
- Observed unused refrigerator top with ice build up and dirty.
- Observed ceiling over cook line with accumulation dust/ mold debris.
- Observed hand sink at dining/ buffet area leaking.
- Observed multiple items not working ; coke branded refrigerators, hot box, under grill.
