Akita Ramen, 199 North Main Street, on Aug. 27
Areas where establishment was out of compliance:
- Observed hand sink in front of the house-obstructed.
- Observed multiple equipment not being used.
- Observed back door with multiple unsealed areas.
Andiamo, 2 Minuteman Road, on Aug. 6
Areas where establishment was out of compliance:
- Observed no hand soap or hand towels on 2 HS, one located in front of grill and pizza station.
- Observed fruit flies throughout kitchen and bar area.

- Black mold-like substance was observed. Machine must be emptied, cleaned, and sanitized. Lines should be replaced at this time.

- Observed rodents dropping underneath nuts and seeds storage.
- Observed pumpkin seed bag with rodent bites.
- Observed flip top in cook line with broken lid. This can lead to improper temps.
- Observed back door to trash chute not closing. Causing flies and odors to come in kitchen.
