The Andover Health Division renews licenses in December, meaning it conducted far fewer health inspections last month than it typically would.

The division regularly inspects restaurants, stores, schools, and other establishments that serve and sell food, and Andover News publishes the inspections reports monthly. It’s important to note it’s not unusual for a restaurant to have a few minor infractions in a report.

Restaurants

  • None.

Stores

Whole Foods, 165 Haverhill Street, on Dec. 5
Areas where establishment was out of compliance:

  • Hand sink in produce area blocked by storage rack
  • Sink in produce prep area with no sanitizer and no test strips
  • Hood filters above fryer with grease accumulation and service due tag

None.
