A converted dentist’s office at 63 Park Street will open as a wine shop next week.
Audra Prout is opening Andover Wine Merchant with her husband, Michael. Audra Prout, a certified sommelier, said inventory started arriving this week, and the Andover couple will hopefully be ready to welcome customers next week. In addition to “a broad range of styles from small, up-and-coming producers to established favorites,” the store will offer wine-tasting classes.
“We are a small shoppe dedicated to serving our local community of wine lovers. You’ll find a service-focused experience paired with high-quality wines from around the globe,” according to the store’s Website. “Our shoppe is a destination for those who seek producers that use sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in both vineyard and winery.”
