- As Andover prepares to enforce the new, town-wide, 25 mph speed limit, there have been requests to include warnings and citations issued for speeding in the Andover News police log summary. Beginning this week, the total number of speeding citations and warnings issued by Andover police will be included in addition to the selected entries from each day's police log.
