- Lowell Street water service will be shut down Wednesday between Chandler Circle and Canterbury Street, as well as the Wood Estate at 276 North Main Street (map) for water main work. The water shutdown will last from approximately 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Drivers can expect delays and possible detours between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. (more info).
