We're under a winter storm warning until 1 a.m. Wednesday, with forecasters calling for 3-5 inches of snow and a high of 33 in Andover today. Snow showers were expected to start around 5 a.m., with steady snow beginning at 7 a.m. and continuing into mid-afternoon. Clearing tonight, low of 23.
