A.M. Briefing

Things to know today
  1. Don't forget: paid subscribers can read AI-generated transcripts of local meetings, including Monday's select board and last week's finance committee meetings, where the Town's operating budget was discussed in detail.
  2. Know of a high school student, college student or recent grad interested in exploring a career in journalism or digital media? Have them send me a note. I'm looking to add some interns for the summer. Unfortunately, I don't have the budget to offer paid internships, but I will sponsor students for course credit if their school allows it. You'll also get to see every corner of an independent news organization and learn from a journalist with 30+ years of experience and 15 years in the classroom as a college writing instructor.
Weather: Sponsored by T&B Landscaping
Rain this morning giving way to afternoon clouds. High of 58. Clear tonight, low of 28.
