Andover High School’s quiz team’s first round match against Sharon High School in Season 16 of GBH’s High School Quiz Show will air on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 6 p.m.
The match will be broadcast on GBH2 and streaming on the High School Quiz Show YouTube channel.
The Andover High School quiz team is one of 17 Massachusetts high schools that competing in the tournament, which begins Feb. 8. Andover has one championship under its belt, winning the tournament in season nine.
Hosted by Joe Hanson, the 16-round academic tournament will feature teams of four students competing head-to-head, with the winners advancing through each round until the final two teams face off for the State Championship.
