Brooksy’s, 90 Main Street, on June 26
Areas where establishment was out of compliance:
- Second deli unit holding salad components leaking.
- Soap must be provided at hand sinks at all times. On inspection, hand soap and drying towels were missing.
- Observed ice scoops being stored above unit not protected from dust.
- Evaporator in deli unit holding raw chicken and pasta components leaking water.
- Missing cover in floor drain next to stove.

- Observed rack in walk in with mold growth.
- Observed food debris in walk in floor.
