There’s 2,156 square feet, hardwood floors and updated bathrooms. The attic is ready to be converted into an additional living space and has been framed and wired.
237 Highland Road, $979,900
With 3,544 square feet, this is not only the cheapest house we’re looking at this week, but the biggest. It has four beds and three baths, fireplaces in the family and dining rooms, a home office, and a media room. It’s rounded out with a spacious backyard and patio, and is located close to Downtown and Phillips Academy.
