The Porter Road home where an Andover man shot and killed his wife and son before turning the gun on himself in February is under agreement for a $2 million sale price.

Andrew Robinson was being treated for physical and mental health issues when police arrived at the house at 3:18 a.m. on Feb. 9 and saw Linda Robinson, 55, lying in a hallway off the kitchen through a window. Once inside, police found Andrew Robinson dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the family room. Sebastian, 12, was found in the kitchen. All three were dead when officers arrived.

The five-bedroom, five-bath house went under agreement June 29 after 22 days on the market.
