- The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for the Shawsheen River Wednesday impacting Andover, Wilmington and other pats of Essex County. The warning expires at 2 p.m. today.
- The AHS girls' soccer team is holding a raffle for four Bruins' tickets -- a $1,000 value! Tickets are $10 each.

- Unranked Central Catholic upset third-ranked AHS field hockey 2-1 on Tuesday. It was the first loss for the Warriors since the first game of the 2022 season.
- AHS boys' soccer and North Andover played a 2-2 draw on Tuesday. The girls' soccer team also tied North Andover, 1-1.

Among the calls that kept Andover police busy this past week: A search for Frankie the pug, a loud birthday party, and a possibly drunk teen vomiting on a caller's lawn.

The warning comes a month after back-to-back floods hit Andover and less than two weeks after a windstorm caused widespread damage and days-long power outages for most of the Town.

Cost For New AHS Drops 6.5% -- For Now
|

|
The Andover High School Building Committee stressed the numbers reviewed at its most recent meeting were preliminary and will fluctuate as the design process continues.
