Among the calls that kept Andover police busy last week, according to the police log:

  • A large fight at Greater Lawrence Tech.
  • A report of suspicious men where the caller could not describe why they were suspicious.
  • A son who was not, in fact, missing but just not answering their mother’s calls.

As Andover begins enforcing the new, town-wide, 25 mph speed limit, Andover News will include the speeding enforcement information in addition to the selected entries from each day’s police log. Police made 18 speeding stops between Oct. 24 and Oct. 30.
