A car crashed into a utility pole on Lowell Street early Saturday morning, leaving more than 1,000 Andover residents without power for several hours. Some National Grid customers had to wait more than six hours for restoration on what was one of the coldest days in Andover since spring. The crash was reported around 5 a.m. Saturday.
