Andover residents can save 15 percent on electricity bills when compared to National Grid rates under the Town’s new Community Power Program.

The program, which has Andover pooling resources with 170 other Massachusetts communities to secure better rates, is scheduled to launch in June. Complete details can be found in the press release embedded at the bottom of this story.

“I am excited to offer the Andover Community Power program to our residents and businesses after a long wait, Town Manager Andrew Flanagan said in a statement. “This program provides so many benefits, including energy price stability and greener options.”
