Sahabi Eats, food truck, on June 24:

- Person-in-charge present, demonstrates knowledge, and performs duties.
- Proper hot holding temperature.
- Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage and display.
- Food is produced in Woburn and transported hot. Care must be taken to ensure proper holding temperatures, and sneeze protection is required.
- Consider keeping a temperature log detailing temperatures as the food leaves Woburn, arrives at the venue, and then while it is being held (every half hour).
