Andover Town Manager Andrew Flanagan will ask to move a special town meeting on Nov. 30 to Dec. 1 when the Andover Select Board meets Monday, Chair Alex Vispoli said.
The special town meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Collins Center at Andover High School on Dec. 1. The select board called the meeting earlier this week to seek approval for as much as $19 million to fill a budget deficit at the West Elementary School and Shawsheen Preschool construction project, but the date was tentative pending Flanagan being able to schedule a venue.
