An Andover Police narcotics investigation near River Road netted a man and a woman Tuesday.

Blais was arrested on outstanding warrants and also charged with cocaine possession. Pease was arrested on 13 outstanding warrants, according to department spokesman L. Edward Guy.

Additional details were not available.

Both Blais and Pease have extensive criminal histories, including prior drug charges. Pease’s outstanding warrants were from four different Massachusetts district courts.

Holyoke Police arrested Blais in March 2020 and charged her with cocaine possession. In December of the same year, she was arrested and charged with shoplifting after a foot chase at a Macy’s store in Holyoke.

Pease was arrested and charged with cocaine possession in December. Also in 2017, he and 21-year-old woman were arrested after a traffic stop and charged with heroin possession and conspiracy to commit drug laws. Pease was arrested on the same charges in Holyoke with a different woman in 2010.

Pease was also charged with shoplifting after trying to steal more than $700 worth of items from a Wilbraham Big Y in 2017, after already received a no-trespassing order for shoplifting at a different Big Y store. The Holyoke police log also shows a 2021 shoplifting arrest at a CVS store, and court records show a 2016 shoplifting arrest in Westfield.
