Andover police and other members of a joint DEA-Massachusetts State Police task force seized four kilograms of cocaine when they arrested a New York Man who is accused of trying to sell the drugs to undercover officers.
Rony Valencia-Lopez, 30, of New York City, is being held on federal drug trafficking charges. Valencia-Lopez was arrested on Sept. 21, according to a State Police news release.
Other details were not provided.
