  • Re-inspection, all violations corrected.

Melt, food truck, on Feb. 29

  • None.

Palmers Restaurant & Tavern, 18 Elm Street, on Feb. 21
Areas where establishment was out of compliance:

  • Non-compliant plastic straws.
  • Observed rodent droppings.
  • Improper cleaning procedures.

Perry’s Plate, 89 Main Street, on Feb. 7
Areas where establishment was out of compliance:

  • Dishes in backed-up hand sink.
  • Food debris/grease on all equipment in grill station, under fryolator, refrigerators.
  • Prep sink needs label.

Starbucks, 14 Main Street, on Feb. 14

  • Warewashing machine temperature lower than required.

Ultimate Perk, 92-96A Main Street, on Feb 14

  • Door sweep broken, providing access for pests.
