The Andover Health Division regularly inspects restaurants, stores, schools, and other establishments that serve and sell food, and Andover News publishes the inspections reports monthly. It’s important to note it’s not unusual for a restaurant to have a few minor infractions in a report.

  • Observed mold growth in perp refrigerator located in cook line with mold growth
  • Observed fried rice stored from the night before in rice cooker.
  • Rice cooker dirty.
  • Observed fan inside refrigerator with dust accumulation.
  • Cooked chicken wings exposed to the dust.
  • Observed soiled utensils used to scoop food. Using small pots to scoop
  • Observed double door prep refrigerator with grease accumulation
  • Observed entire cook line with food, dust and grease accumulation between and under equipment
  • Observed hood filters with grease accumulation
  • Observed cook line and walk in refrigerator with limited lighting

Teatone, 17 Railroad Street, on April 16, re-inspection

  • Observed rodent dropping along wall in sub line area
  • Observed accumulation of dust in hood vents

Sanborn Elementary on April 9
